Jürgen Gerke

Before founding GML and BlueShell Capital, two private equity and advisory funds in Munich, Jürgen Gerke was CEO and Chairman of the Board of Allianz Capital Partners between 2015 and 2019.

Jürgen Gerke joined Allianz SE as Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors in 2006, became CFO of Allianz France in 2007 and CFO of Allianz Worldwide Partners in 2013.

Jürgen Gerke has more than 10 years of experience at Euler Hermes, including as Head of International Business and Head of the Claims Department.

Jürgen Gerke graduated in law from the University of Göttingen and holds an Executive Education from Harvard Business School.
