After 9 years of experience at Veolia and after occupying the role of Managing Director of Veolia Energy France from 2015 to 2020, Carine Kraus was appointed Senior Vice President of Sustainable Development in 2020.

Before joining Veolia, Carine Kraus was the Deputy Chief of Staff at the French Ministry of Industry and Energy under the command of the current President of the ECB, Christine Lagarde. Carine Kraus has 6 years of experience in the public sector, namely as Senior Executive in the French Treasury and as Account Manager for La Poste at the French Investments Agency (APE).

Carine Kraus graduated from Science Po Paris, ESSEC Business School and ENA.
