Maria Chatti-Gautier joined Trail in 2015.

Maria Chatti-Gautier benefits from an extensive experience in private equity, she especially focused on family-owned or entrepreneur-owned companies, covering a wide range of sectors. She sat on the board of directors of 30 different companies during her career.

Maria Chatti-Gautier started her career at Chase in Paris where she met Xavier Marin. She then joined Natixis Private Equity Partners where she spent 16 years. Afterwards, she joined Oddo Private Equity to launch a new venture capital and growth-capital activity, with €170m of assets under management.

Maria Chatti-Gautier holds an MBA degree from HEC and completed two exchange programs at London Business School and New York University. She speaks French, English and Arabic.
