Xavier Marin

36-year experience in Private Equity and Corporate Finance

Prior to founding Trail in 2007, Xavier Marin was a member of the board of directors and co-head of investments at Eurazeo, While at Eurazeo, Xavier was Chairman of Europcar, Chairman of the supervisory board of B&B Hotels, member of the executive boards of Fraikin and Rexel.

Xavier Marin has more than 20 years experience in corporate finance and in mergers and acquisitions at Credit Suisse First Boston and Barings in New York, London and Paris.

Xavier Marin holds an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School. He is a graduate from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP Europe) and has a degree in law from the University Paris II.
