Privacy Protection
The email addresses and any other personal data voluntarily included by the User to identify themselves in an email sent to Trail, as well as the IP (Internet Protocol) address relating to their Internet connection to the Site, are the only personal data likely to be collected and processed by Trail through the Site (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Personal Data").

Email addresses and any other personal data included by the User in an email to identify themselves are collected from the Site using a "mailto" type link that allows Users of the Site to send emails to Trail or one of its members. This data is collected, stored, and used solely for the purpose of responding to said emails. Only a valid email sent to Trail may receive a response (if Trail decides, at its sole discretion, to respond to said email sent), and any other personal data provided is optional. Personal Data sent by email is recorded and stored for the duration necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and processed.

Users' IP addresses are collected, processed, and recorded by Trail solely for the purpose of examining any malfunctions of the Site and/or the servers on which it is hosted, ensuring the security of the Site and/or the servers on which it is hosted, and using the data to perform statistical calculations.

The Site uses cookies to store browsing information during the consultation of the site. Cookies cannot be used to identify Users. Applicable Law / Jurisdiction
These legal notices are subject to Luxembourg law. The Luxembourg courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal issue related to these legal notices.

The User acknowledges and accepts that if any part of these legal notices becomes illegal or ineffective or is no longer applicable, the other parts of these legal notices will remain in force. In such a case, the User undertakes to take all necessary measures (including waiving appropriate rights) so that their rights and obligations under said legal notices correspond, as far as possible, to the rights and obligations that would have been those of the User if part of the legal notices had not become illegal or ineffective.
