Privacy Protection
The email addresses and any other personal data voluntarily included by the User to identify themselves in an email sent to Trail, as well as the IP (Internet Protocol) address relating to their Internet connection to the Site, are the only personal data likely to be collected and processed by Trail through the Site (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Personal Data").

Email addresses and any other personal data included by the User in an email to identify themselves are collected from the Site using a "mailto" type link that allows Users of the Site to send emails to Trail or one of its members. This data is collected, stored, and used solely for the purpose of responding to said emails. Applicable Law / Jurisdiction
