Xavier Marin
Before founding Trail in 2007, Xavier Marin was a member of the executive board and co-head of investments at Eurazeo. At Eurazeo, Xavier Marin served as Chairman of Europcar and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of B&B Hotels. He also sat on the Supervisory Board of Fraikin and Rexel. Xavier Marin has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, gained at Chase, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Barings in New York, London, and Paris. Xavier Marin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, graduated from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, and holds a law degree from Paris II University.

Mofses Kechichian
Mofses Kechichian joined Trail in 2021. He started his professional career with two experiencies in corporate finance. The first one as an M&A Analyst in the Telecom, Media, Technology team of BNP Paribas. He then had an experience as a Private Equity Analyst at LFPI Gestion. Mofses graduated from ESCP Business School where he obtained a Master in Management with a specialization in corporate finance. He speaks French, English and Armenian.

Djema Belkhodja
12 times French champion, vice world champion and European Champion of Karaté Kyokushinkai, Djema Belkhodja is a renowned figure in Kyokushin Karate. With numerous championship victories, he held the top spot in the world rankings in 2015. He was also awarded the prestigious title of Sensei, Master of Art, in Japan.

Adrien De Megille
Adrien de Mégille joined Trail in 2021. He started his professional career with two internships in corporate finance. The first one as a private debt analyst at Tikehau capital in London. He then had an experience as a Private Equity Analyst at MML Capital in Paris. Adrien graduated from EDHEC. He speaks French and English.

Emmanuel Simonneau
Emmanuel Simonneau a créé Sigma Gestion, devenue Trail Solutions Patrimoine en 2004. En 2022, il rejoint le groupe Trail et devient Directeur Général de Trail Solutions Patrimoine. Il a débuté sa carrière professionnelle en tant qu’auditeur financier au sein du bureau parisien de KPMG, où il se spécialise dans le secteur de la grande distribution et de l’électronique grand public. En 1998, il rejoint le Family Office Sigma en tant Directeur d’Investissement puis Président du directoire. Il réalise de nombreuses opérations de capital investissement dans des secteurs très variés (Industries Spécialisées, Software, Communication Digitale). Il a occupé de nombreux postes d’administrateur ou de membre du conseil de surveillance dans des PME/ETI. Il a ainsi été membre du conseil de surveillance de la société Savelys (devenue Engie Home Services) jusqu’en 2008. Emmanuel est diplômé de l’ICN (PGE).

Laurent Bayle
Laurent Bayle, founder of the Philharmonie de Paris, is currently the president of the Biennales de Lyon and the Les Arts Florissants-William Christie foundation. After creating the Musica festival in Strasbourg, dedicated to contemporary musical creation, he worked alongside composer Pierre Boulez and succeeded him in the 1990s as head of IRCAM, the music research institute affiliated with the Pompidou Center. He then simultaneously directed the Cité de la Musique and the Salle Pleyel, while embarking on the construction of the Philharmonie de Paris, which was inaugurated in 2015 and led by him until the end of 2021.

Pierre Gasly
Pierre Gasly joined BWT Alpine F1® Team for the 2023 FIA Formula 1 World Championship, and is in his 7th year on the grid in 2024. Since his Formula 1 debut in Malaysia midway through 2017, Pierre has amassed 108 race starts, scored 332 points, secured three podiums as well as a memorable Grand Prix victory, which he achieved with great emotion at the 2020 Italian Grand Prix in Monza, bringing France its first GP win since 1996.

Raphael Varane
Raphaël Varane is a French entrepreneur and former international footballer who played for RC Lens, Real Madrid, and Manchester United. He is a three-time Spanish champion, four-time UEFA Champions League winner, and 2018 World Cup champion with the French national team.

Sylvie Patry
Sylvie Patry has been the artistic director at Mennour Paris for two years. Committed to developing the gallery's philanthropic, educational, and scientific activities, she initiated the "Mennour Institute," which notably houses support programs for young artists and researchers, as well as initiatives aimed at young audiences. As a Chief Curator of Heritage, she previously held responsibilities in major museum institutions in France, particularly at the Musée d'Orsay in Paris, and in the United States, where she was Deputy Director of the Barnes Foundation (Philadelphia). She has curated international exhibitions dedicated to Impressionism while also being keen to collaborate with contemporary creators.

Jean-Benoit Romon
Jean-Benoit ROMON joined TRAIL in 2023 as Head Of Client Group. He began his professional career as a Relationship Manager at HSBC. In 2013, he joined the Primonial group and contributed to the development of Primonial Solutions, a platform dedicated to intermediated clients (CGP, MFO, Private Banking). He was responsible for the regional management of partnerships for Paris – Île-de-France. In 2020, he joined Xerys Invest, a private equity management company, as Director of Development. Jean-Benoit holds a degree from ISG PARIS. He speaks French and English.

Paul Chabbert
Former professional rugby player, Paul Chabbert graduated in 2025 from Université Paris-Dauphine in Finance. During his studies, he co-founded a platform for connecting investors in alternative investments, which was incubated at Station F. He began his career in Private Equity in the Mid-cap team at Meanings Capital Partners, and worked as a Hedge Fund analyst and Business developer at SR Investment Partners, before joining BCG as a Business Analyst.

Naima Nait Ouchatar
With 26 years of experience in accounting and human resources, including 2 years at TRAIL, Naïma Nait Ouchatar is responsible for accounting and human resources within TRAIL's back-office team. She began her career with an apprenticeship at Trail Solutions Patrimoine and honed her expertise in accounting and HR over a 26-year career. Naïma Nait Ouchatar holds a Higher Technician Certificate in SME Management Assistance.

Rudy Lama
With 16 years of experience in UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) in roles such as Flux Operations Officer, Administrative and Accounting Manager, Depositary Controller, and Middle Office. Ruddy Lama began his professional career at CACEIS in 2007 as a Flux Operations Officer, then as an Administrative and Accounting Manager. He also worked at Oddo Services, CMCIC, Société Générale Securities Services, and BNP Paribas Securities Services, always in the role of Administrative and Accounting Manager. He then moved on to the position of Middle Officer for wealth management companies, including a role in the Risk, Compliance, and Internal Control Department of PERIAL Asset Management, a company specializing in real estate. He also held this position at Rothschild & Co.
