TRAIL Investment from 2013 to 2023

TRAIL and Vendis invested in 2013 to support Mazarine's international expansion, which saw its EBITDA increase by 50% between 2018 and 2022. In 2023, a new team of investors (LBO France, FG Bros, etc.) acquired the shares of TRAIL/Vendis, following a year 2022 marked by €182 million in revenue (+40% vs. 2021).
